1. Physical Products (Tools & Equipment)

1.1 Return Eligibility

Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligible for Return

  • Product is unused and unopened
  • Original packaging is intact
  • All accessories and manuals included
  • Proof of purchase available

Not Eligible for Return

  • Product has been used or installed
  • Packaging is damaged or missing
  • Consumable items (gas, chemicals)
  • Custom or made-to-order items

1.2 Spare Parts & Tools Policy

Important

  • Return window: 7 days
  • Refund is NOT available for spare parts and tools
  • Only replacement will be provided
  • Only ONE replacement allowed per order

1.3 Damaged Products During Transit

  • Report damage within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging
  • Replacement provided after verification
  • Damage due to customer handling or misuse is not covered

  • Return shipping cost must be paid by the customer
  • Return shipping cost will not be refunded
  • If returned product is found damaged or ineligible, replacement will not be provided

2.2 Service Guarantee

  • If we cannot create your GMB profile due to our error, full refund provided
  • If Google rejects your profile due to policy violations, no refund (but we'll assist with appeal)
  • If verification fails due to incorrect information provided by you, no refund

2.3 Rework Policy

  • Free corrections within 7 days of profile going live
  • Changes beyond initial scope may incur additional charges
  • Major changes (business name, address) treated as new service

3. AI-Managed GMB Subscription Service

3.1 Free Trial

  • 7-day free trial for new subscribers
  • No charge if cancelled before trial ends
  • Full features available during trial

3.2 Subscription Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime from your account settings
  • Access continues until the end of current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months
  • Annual subscribers: Pro-rata refund for remaining full months (minus 10% processing fee)

3.4 Downgrade & Upgrade

  • Upgrade: Charged pro-rata difference immediately
  • Downgrade: Takes effect from next billing cycle
  • No refunds for unused higher-tier features

4. Order Cancellation Policy

Important

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.

4.1 How to Cancel

Contact us before the order is shipped with the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Full Address
  • Phone Number
  • Order Details / Order ID
  • Payment Screenshot (for prepaid orders)

4.2 Cancellation Refund

  • Prepaid orders: Full refund to original payment method (3-7 business days)
  • COD orders: No refund needed (order not shipped)
  • Partial cancellation: Refund for cancelled items only

5. Delivery Delays & Exceptions

Delivery may take longer in certain areas:

  • North Eastern states
  • Jammu & Kashmir
  • Remote hill areas
  • Bad weather conditions
  • Law and order situations

Delays due to circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for refunds. However, you may cancel the order before it ships.
