1. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the Technicians Toolkit website (technicianstoolkit.com) and mobile application
• "Services" includes all products and services offered through our Platform
• "User"/"You" refers to any individual or entity using our Platform
• "Products" refers to physical tools and equipment available for purchase
• "GMB Services" refers to Google My Business profile creation and management services
• "Subscription" refers to recurring AI-managed GMB services

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• You must be a resident of India or a country where our services are available
• Businesses must have valid registration documents for GMB services

2.2 Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• One account per individual/business entity

3. Products & Tools Purchase

3.1 Product Information

• We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images
• Colors and dimensions may vary slightly from displayed images
• Product availability is subject to stock levels
• We reserve the right to limit quantities per order

3.2 Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• Prices may change without prior notice
• Payment is processed securely through Razorpay
• We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets

3.3 Shipping

• Orders are processed within 24-48 hours
• Delivery via India Post, Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, and other partners
• Heavy equipment may have additional shipping charges
• International shipping available via Aramex, DHL, FedEx

4. Google My Business Profile Creation Service

4.1 Service Description

Our team physically creates and optimizes your Google My Business profile, including:

• Complete GMB profile setup with business information
• Category selection and service area configuration
• Photo uploads and business description optimization
• Verification assistance (postcard/phone/video)
• Initial SEO optimization

4.2 Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful business information
• Grant necessary access to your Google account (temporary)
• Respond promptly to verification requests
• Ensure your business complies with Google's guidelines

4.3 Service Limitations

• We cannot guarantee Google verification approval
• Profile creation is subject to Google's policies
• Service-area businesses require additional verification
• Certain business categories may have restrictions

4.4 Completion & Handover

• Service is complete once GMB profile is live and verified
• Full account access is transferred to you upon completion
• We provide documentation and basic training
• Post-setup support available for 7 days

5. AI-Managed GMB Subscription Service

5.1 Subscription Features

• AI-powered post generation and scheduling
• Automated review response suggestions
• Performance analytics and insights
• Competitor analysis and recommendations
• Monthly optimization reports

5.2 Billing & Renewal

• Subscriptions are billed monthly/annually via Razorpay
• Auto-renewal is enabled by default
• You can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle
• No refunds for partial months after cancellation
• Price changes are communicated 30 days in advance

5.3 Data Access & Security

• We access your GMB via secure OAuth 2.0
• Access is limited to management functions only
• You can revoke access anytime from your Google account
• Data is processed according to our Privacy Policy

5.4 Service Level

• 99.5% platform uptime target
• AI features may have occasional downtime for improvements
• We are not responsible for Google API outages
• Emergency support available for critical issues

6. Payments & Billing

6.1 Payment Methods

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay:

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
• Net Banking
• Digital Wallets
• EMI options (for eligible products)

6.2 Payment Security

• PCI-DSS compliant payment processing
• We do not store card details on our servers
• All transactions are encrypted with SSL/TLS

6.3 Invoices & Receipts

• GST-compliant invoices for all purchases
• Invoices sent via email and available in your account
• Subscription invoices generated automatically

7. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use our services for illegal businesses
• Violate Google's Terms of Service or GMB guidelines
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems
• Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data
• Interfere with platform security or functionality
• Resell our services without authorization

9. Intellectual Property

• All platform content, logos, and designs are our property
• Our AI algorithms and technology are proprietary
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content
• User-generated content remains yours, with license to us for service delivery
• Product images and descriptions may not be used without permission

10. Limitation of Liability

• Services are provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for Google policy changes or account suspensions
• Maximum liability limited to the amount paid for the specific service
• We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• We do not guarantee specific business results from GMB services

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Technicians Toolkit, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• False or misleading business information provided
• Unauthorized use of your account

12. Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by Indian law
• Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Delhi
• Arbitration shall be conducted in English
• Courts in Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction

13. Termination

• You may close your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
• Upon termination, subscriptions end and data may be deleted
• Outstanding payments remain due after termination

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
